At HnG Organics, we deal in fresh, perishable microgreens grown under a Grow-to-Order model. Due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds are handled with care and fairness.
❌ No Returns
- Microgreens are fresh food items and cannot be returned once delivered.
- We do not accept returns due to change of mind or improper storage after delivery.
✅ Refund / Replacement Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- The product is spoiled at the time of delivery
- You receive an incorrect item
⏱️ How to Raise an Issue
- Contact us within 2 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the product via WhatsApp
- Issues raised after the time window may not be eligible
💰 Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
